No, your eyes do not deceive you! As our profession ages (oh dear) and many of our members become, if not more sophisticated, at least more able to afford up-market libations, a need surfaces to explore our options and educate our palates. Local whisky enthusiast and connoisseur Frank Scott is prepared to help.
Join your colleagues, both young and...less young, for this event which will feature five or six whiskies. It has been suggested that this event is the ideal lead-in to the Haunted Hike. You decide!

Discover beautiful downtown Fredericton by taking a lantern-lit guided tour through historic haunted neighbourhoods. Expect the unexpected! The tour lasts 1 ½ hours and begins shortly after nightfall. It is hosted by the Calithumpian Tour & Theatre Company. There is no charge for APLA delegates.
Dalhousie Associated Alumni AGM & Reception

The Associated Alumni of Dalhousie School of Information Management invite all graduates to attend their Annual General Meeting and Reception. There will be a cash bar and since the formal business of the AGM usually takes only about 30 to 45 minutes, there will be plenty of time for you to chat with colleagues and friends while taking an aperitif before the conference banquet.
