Submission Guidelines

Qwerty is now accepting submissions for Issue 25!

Fiction/Creative Non-Fiction/Reviews: max. 3000 words
Poetry: up to 5 poems
Artwork: high-quality black-and-white prints (you may submit colour
images for cover consideration)

Submissions should be:

• mailed in hard copy
• typewritten, double-spaced (except poetry)
• accompanied by a cover letter with your name, address, phone number, bio, and email address
• unpublished and not submitted simultaneously
• accompanied by a self-addressed envelope (SASE)

Submissions from outside Canada can opt to receive a reply via email (please mention in cover letter). If you would like a mail reply, you must include a sufficient number of International Reply Coupons to cover the return postage.

Response time varies between 4 to 6 months.

Contributors are rewarded with two free copies of the magazine as well as immortalization on the printed page.
