Journals

Copyright and permissions of use statement

The materials held within the journals on this site are the property of each journal. Any use or reproduction of them needs to be passed through the administrative and editorial mechanisms each has established. As a general rule, since the perameters defining the rights and uses of electronic documents is still somewhat ambiguous, readers should apply the accepted international governances of the Copyright Act. Works can be read online, downloaded and printed for personal use.

Texts may not be reproduced for commercial purposes, passed on through listserves or email discussion groups, or made available publically without the knowledge and consent of the specific journal's editorial body. Any other issues which may arise should be directed towards the journals themselves, or can be checked and considered by reference to the Copyright Act which is available online at http://wwwsecure.law.cornell.edu/copyright/copyright.table.html.

Commercial Databases

Use of commercial databases such as the Chadwick Healey English Poetry database is restricted. This is due to contractual agreements with the vendor.
