Booking Policy and Fee Schedule (Fredericton)

Booking
For the Fall and Winter academic terms (from September through to the end of April), the HIL Instruction Facilities are used primarily for the purposes of UNB Libraries' Instruction Services programs.  During this period of intensive use from 8:30am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, UNB or STU faculty and staff may book a maximum of three sessions per term.
Bookings for evenings and weekends during this period, and from 8:30 am to closing during the Intersession and Summer academic terms (from May through to the end of August), are available on a first-come, first-served basis and may not be subject to the three sessions per term limit.
Student bookings will be considered during the Summer session.
The Milham Room is not normally available for bookings during the reading and final exam periods each Fall and Winter term.  The reading period begins two weeks prior to the start of exams.
New users will be requested to attend a preliminary orientation session.
