The ITS Help Desk provides technology and communications support to the UNB community and its customers. While our mandate is to support UNB standard software and services, we will work on any technology problem within what we determine to be the practical and reasonable limits of our resources and the demands upon them. Help Desk Hours:
The walk-up service desk at the Learning Commons is open Mondays to Thursdays from 9:00 am until 10:00 pm, Friday from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm, Saturdays from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm and is closed on Sundays.
