The ITS Help Desk provides technology and communications support to the UNB community and its customers. While our mandate is to support UNB standard software and services, we will work on any technology problem within what we determine to be the practical and reasonable limits of our resources and the demands upon them. Help Desk Hours:

During the academic year, the walk-up service desk at the Learning Commons is open Mondays to Fridays from 8:00am until 10:00pm and Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00am until 10:00pm.

ITS staff are available by phone every day from 8:00am to 10:00pm (453-5199).
