Real Property Assessment

As part of the Service New Brunswick/University of New Brunswick academic Spatial Data Sharing Agreement, UNB Libraries provides access to SNB's Real Property Assessment Files, which contain information concerning assessed properties such as tax authority, property description, land use and assessed value. It is strongly recommended that users download the Users' Guide. This guide along with other SNB support documents is available from the Support Files page.

You may select the Real Property files that you wish to download using the File Names pick list. Multiple selections can be made by using the Ctrl or Shift keys while clicking on the property management unit pick lists. If you want to delete any files from the selection list, follow the same procedure. Once you are satisfied with the file selection, click on the Download button to begin downloading.
