EBSCO has provided the resolver data saying there is a 12 month embargo; the EBSCO pub page states there is access "to present"; but the actual full-text access, which does simply link over to Wiley, ends with 2008. But, if this book is on a class reading list, and numerous students are accessing this, it could be locked out for inproper use, depending how the other students have been using the book. MyiLibrary has very strict guidelines on how they feel an ebook should be used and that if a user is just flipping page by page quickly, this is flagged as possible delinquent behaviour (i.e. it appears to MyiLibrary that an auto-bot of some kind is crawling their site and they shut it down and lock the book for 24 hrs). MyiLibrary believes users should know which section they wish to flip to, or that they will read page by page at a slower pace than simply flipping the pages affords. This book may be locked until Saturday afternoon, and MyiLibrary will not do anything about that as this is outlined in their FAQs and user policies. If this was discovered to not be the problem, an update will be posted here. Feb 21/2011 - This a pre-purchase book, which means that UNB has not yet purchased it but users should be able to open the content and then based on usage UNB would then actually be charged and purchase the book -- this is supposed to allow for users to pick certain content that might not normally be available, but the process is not working for this title right now.
