Feb 22/2010 - CIAO link is incorrect and we are requesting this URL be updated. However, the access to the journal site directly through the DOAJ link seems to work fine. Contacting patron for more info and to explain the possible work around for now.

Jan 28/2010 - Swets access is not working and will most likely take some time to correct. Contacting patron to suggest submitting Document Delivery request. Mar 19/2010 - Swets has now made 2010 content available. They are still working on providing access to the earlier content.

Informa Health Journals [i.e. Prehospital Emergency Care] - Invalid URL

Jan 18/2010 - The access to Prehospital Emergency Care has moved, along with other Health related journals formerly available through InformaWorld. New access to this particular title is available here: http://informahealthcare.com/pec Unfortunately, package lists are not available to sort out this discrepancy quickly to auto update journal URLs. A manual fix is in the works as there are now almost 200 titles not accessible via InformaWorld, but rather are now available via InformaHealthcare.

Sept 28/2009 - Investigating. Sept 28/2009 - Missing content has been reported to ebrary. However, should ebrary be able to fix this error it will most likely take some time for them to add the missing content. If the user requires access to the reported missing pages sooner rather than later, then it is suggested the user order a print copy of the book via Document Delivery. Oct 8/2009 - eBrary is attempting to acquire a new full copy of this book from the original publisher.

Sept 15/2009 - No further response from patron and the form appears to be functioning properly for Document Delivery requests (presuming this is the form that gave the user trouble). If you continue to have a problem, please email Scott Shannon directly: rshannon@unb.ca This ticket is now closed. Sept 15/2009 - This ticket has been re-opened. The problem is isolated to use of the Safari browser which will not accept an entry in the NEED BY DATE field of the form, and so will not submit the request.

Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research - Fulltext not accessible

Jan 29/2009 - Investigating. Feb 7/2009 - SWETS, the provider of this content, reports there are licensing problems with the publisher (Lipponcott Williams and Wilkins) and they are unable to offer the fulltext at this time and they have no estimation of when this licensing issue will be resolved. We are removing this title from our listing of fulltext journals. Should the issue ever be resolved, the title will then be re-instated. However, it will take a little time to remove this from the title list so this ticket will remain open until the update is made. Aug 25 - still waiting for update Jan 15/2010 - This title is NOT part of UNB's subscription and should never have been listed in our A-Z title list. As mentioned above, it cannot easily be removed from our title list due to the manner in which the title lists are delivered to us. A manual update/fix is in process.
