Nature of the Problem: Prompts for ID and password

Details of the Problem: The article doi:10.1029/2011RS004812 is in Radio Science which, according to both UNB Worldcat and the e-journals list, we subscribe to. However, AGU site prompts for login if an attempt to download the PDF is made. Note, it is newly published (6 Jan 2012) and older articles are accessible; however, there's no mention of any embargo on the journal record. I find I can't get into JGR Oceans either. I wonder if there is there a general problem with our access to 2012 issues of AGU titles...
