Item Retrieval Form - UNBF Library Materials  (i.e. Green Slip)

Use this form:

  • To request a search for library materials that you have found in Quest but are unable to locate on our shelves.
  • For the retrieval of library materials from a storage location.
  • To request a book that is on order but is marked as 'received'.

Items requested through this form will be processed between 8 am and 4 pm, Monday through Friday. Search forms are also available in print form at the Circulation Desk of each UNBF library.

Items will be held for 3 days after retrieval at the Circulation Desk of the library that owns the material. You will be notified by telephone or e-mail when the item is available.
