Scope and content: This series contains the business records of the Muriel McQueen Fergusson Foundation that document its everyday activities. It includes correspondence, financial statements, minutes of regular and annual meetings, committee and funding-raising reports, funding proposals, and requests by various groups for Fergusson Foundation funding.

The series also contains copies of speeches, press releases, and newspaper clippings of Foundation activities, as well as conference programmes and other related materials. A few legal records, notably copies of the Foundation's letters of incorporation are also included.

This series consists of 4 sub-series:

1. Correspondence and general office records
2. Fund-raising and other financial records
3. Board and committee records
4. Public relations records
