Correspondence -- 1973-1987 -- 11 cm of textual records

Scope and content: This series consists of correspondence to and from publishers, authors, and editors of magazines and newspapers. A few newspaper clippings of letters to the editor are included.

This series documents the progress of Michael Nowlan's efforts to establish his writing career. The correspondence consists mainly of Nowlan's proposals to editors for articles he wished to write, and their acceptance or rejection letters. Also included are his letters in search of background material and information on writers, requests by other writers for Nowlan to comment on or edit their work, and letters from readers in reaction to his writing.

Individual file titles and descriptions are those provided by Michael Nowlan.
