This series contains miscellaneous items which do not readily fit into any of the other established series for this fonds. Included in the series is a binder of newspaper clippings which Dr. Pacey kept as a record of the 1960 trial relating to the obscenity charges against the Penguin Books paperback edition of D.H. Lawrence's Lady Chatterley's Lover.
Case 35 File 3 contains a 7 page typescript transcript of a radio talk, "Mainly About Books," given by Dr. Earle Birney on March 2, 1949, in which he includes Pacey's Ten Canadian Poets among his list of the best 10 Canadian books.
Case 35 File 1 contains journal offprints, a 1938 poster advertising an article by Pacey appearing in the Cambridge Review, Dr. Pacey's 1975 dinner invitation to the Governor General's Ottawa home, and miscellaneous newspaper clippings on UNB, the Institute of Canadian Studies, and the Stone Church at Nashwaaksis.
