ProQuest Ebook Central (i.e. ebrary) user accounts/book downloads (Case ID 5486)

    As a result of our migration from the ebrary platform to the new ProQuest Ebook Central platform, all user accounts and book downloads have been disabled. Users should get access to their old ebrary accounts and bookshelves, but this has not yet happened. Unfortunately, without a user account you cannot download eBooks.

    ProQuest is aware of the issue and we are working to have this resolved ASAP.

Oxford University Press Journals - Access discrepancies (Case ID 5400)

    Stable access should now be in effect on the new Oxford platform. 

    CAVEAT: There are some coverage/holdings discrepancies in our current list of Oxford Journals, particularly in regard to access to pre-1996 content -- these titles are being addressed.


    Please note: Due to Oxford University Press recently launching a new site to host their journal content, UNB has encountered numerous access problems. Some titles are fine while others are providing only minimal access. There is no logic to what is or is not accessible, current or archival content are both affected by the issue.

    If you are denied access to Oxford content please submit a Trouble Ticket detailing your problem.

    Oxford are aware of the trouble and are working to remedy the issue.
