Title of e-Resource: Library Account

Nature of the Problem: Access denied

Details: Hi

At the library login I type in my username and password and receive the following response in red letters:

"Multiple users were found. Please contact your library support services team."

I am pretty sure I have not been cloned.

I synchronised my passwords  but that did not seem to help.
